Step 1 – Receive & Analyze Lesson
When a client request comes in, take time to fully understand it. Ask questions if needed and identify the core goal, deadline, and success criteria.
Goal: Avoid misunderstandings by aligning with the client from the start.

Step 2 – Define Solution Lesson
Design the best technical approach to solve the request. Common examples include fixing SCORM packages, updating Rise 360 courses, or creating new interactive content.
Goal: Choose the most efficient and effective solution.

Step 3 – Communicate Plan Lesson
Clearly explain your proposed solution, timeline, and next steps to the client. Include what you need from them and confirm the delivery date.
Goal: Get client approval and set clear expectations before starting work.

Step 4 – Execute & Validate Lesson
Build or update the content, test it thoroughly (including mobile view and SCORM compliance), and perform a quality check.
Goal: Deliver high-quality work that meets or exceeds client expectations.

Step 5 – Deliver & Close Lesson
Send the final deliverable to the client, collect feedback, document lessons learned, and mark the task as complete in Jira.
Goal: Ensure client satisfaction and close the request cleanly.
