      When a client request comes in, take time to fully understand it. Ask questions if needed and identify the core goal, deadline, and success criteria.

      Goal: Avoid misunderstandings by aligning with the client from the start.

      Step 2 – Define Solution درس

      Design the best technical approach to solve the request. Common examples include fixing SCORM packages, updating Rise 360 courses, or creating new interactive content.

      Goal: Choose the most efficient and effective solution.

      Clearly explain your proposed solution, timeline, and next steps to the client. Include what you need from them and confirm the delivery date.

      Build or update the content, test it thoroughly (including mobile view and SCORM compliance), and perform a quality check.
